Pricing Options
Many of our competitors have a complex pricing structure whereas at AG Workforce we believe simple is better. We like to sit down and discuss all options so that we can agree upon the right pricing option for you. We aim to match the best option with your industry because we want you to be happy and completely satisfied.
Option 1: Labour Hire
In this option the employee is on our books. We will pay their hourly rate, superannuation, workers compensation, payroll tax, administration fees and then invoice you. We can quote on the rate you are willing to pay your staff. The invoice price is quoted based on what you choose to pay your staff.
Under our national certified agreement, AG Workforce assumes the responsibility of all normal employment costs, for which the employer is invoiced. This is a flexible fee that is becoming a popular choice among employers. Staff can be employed on a permanent or temporary basis without you having to attend to time consuming compliance work.
Option 2: Fee For Service
A weekly charge for four weeks. If the placement is not satisfactory, please advise us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. The employee is on your books. Please contact us for a quote on this option.
Option 3: “The Club”
An annual membership fee which provides you with a discount off our normal fee for service rate if you employ more than one person in the year. Please contact us for the price of joining “The Club.”
Option 4: Full Time
A percentage of the employee’s first year salary, paid in monthly installments. Please contact us for the percentage amount.
